A pair of offset lithographic reproduction prints by P. Chan, depicting traditional Chinese waterfront scenes in a watercolor style. The first print, titled Lei Yue Mun - Seafood Restaurant, depicts a harbor scene with a building featuring Chinese signage for the Golden Dragon restaurant and several watercraft. The second print, titled Village Scene, shows sampans moored along a riverbank near a cluster of buildings and trees. Both works feature a printed signature in the lower-right corner of the image and a corresponding pencil signature in the lower-right margin. The prints are titled in pencil in the lower-center margin and numbered in pencil in the lower-left margin as 74/1000 and 83/1000 respectively. Close inspection reveals a mechanical halftone dot pattern. Each print is housed in a matching gold-finished distressed wood frame with a light gray mat. Dimensions (measured from visible scale, only inches shown): H approx. 25.4 cm x W approx. 32.1 cm. Condition: Prints show light toning. The mats exhibit visible foxing and light staining. The frames have minor scuffs and wear to the finish, most notably at the corners.
