1/2 Gallon Stoneware Wax Sealer Canning Jar from southwestern, Pa. It is most likely the work of Isaac Hewitt of Rices Landing, Pa. He operated his poetry in the 1860’s and 1870’s. Circa 1870, this beauty features 7 stripes down the front, straight Stands 8.5’’ tall Condition: excellent, a 1/4’’ and a few smaller chips on the groove ring
