This is a decorative ceramic plate, likely a wall plate or part of a tea set, made by Staffs Teaset Co. Ltd. at their Plex St. Pottery in Tunstall, England. The plate features a transfer-printed scene depicting a 18th-century couple with a dog, accompanied by the inscription "Cries of London - Who'll Buy My Lavender". The scene is rendered in muted colors with a slightly aged patina, indicative of its vintage origin. The rim of the plate has a subtle gold-tone decoration. The back of the plate displays a clear maker's mark.
