Pull Behind Garden Cart has a hard plastic body with metal frame. Has dump capability and measures 35in x 47in x 28in with hitch. Tires appear to be in good shape. No apparent holes just scratches to the bed. Light rusting to frame. 3 galvanized wash basin 24in x 11in. Please see photos. Buyer to bring help to load. Will not ship.
