Antique wooden crate with a branded end lettered "Putnam Forged Horse Shoe Nails" within a horseshoe around a nail, flanked by "Hammer Pointed" and "Ready for Driving," the bottom marked for Putnam Nail Company, dovetailed construction, 5" high x 7 1/2" wide x 14 1/2" deep, some loss to the bottom board, no lid. The branded side displays correctly when the box is upside down, making it great for stacking.
