Lidded urn or ginger jar featuring a quail in desert landscape, the multicolored background in shades of purple, turquoise, lime green, and blue, made by Mana Pottery in the Aravaipa Valley of southeastern Arizona, the base of the jar inscribed "Mana TM, Peyote Way, 1948/1996, Arizona, USA" with a four-leaf lotus in a circle and a maze of life, the underside of the lid inscribed "Mana 1996 USA", 9" high overall, excellent condition, light wear to base, with promotional flyer from the company. Mana Pottery has been producing handmade Native American Southwestern pottery since 1948 and is the financial/secular arm of the Peyote Way Church.
