Framed first-state etching of an old waterside mill, numbered "1/2 - 1st state," hand-signed "C. R. Zimmer" lower right, 6 1/2" x 8 11/16" (sight), 13 1/6" x 15 1/4" (giltwood frame), the back with affixed tag dated 12-17-57 that promotes pictures and framing by the Rike-Kumler Company (a Dayton, Ohio, department store), matted under glass, the frame with areas of loss to gilt, foxing/shading to mat, frame and glass need light cleaning.
