Blue Ridge shell-shaped dish, Nove Rose (November Rose) pattern, made by Southern Potteries, hand decorated with tulips and roses, the bottom marked "Blue Ridge / China / Hand Painted / Underglaze / Southern Potteries, Inc. / Made in U.S.A.," 2" high, 9 1/4" diameter, stain to interior, glue (??) at narrow end of shell.
