Pick up will be held on Thursday September 3rd, 2026 from 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm CST. We request that you schedule your pick up time as soon as possible. Please use the link provided in the email you receive with your invoice at the close of the auction. There is not an alternative pick up date so please be sure that you can pick up on this date before you bid. *Please Note: Superior Auction LLC reserves the right to require a wire transfer for payment on all precious metals if shipping is being requested.* **Please note, pending the volume and quantity of shipping orders, shipping may take longer than normal. Thank you for your patience and understanding** Transportation fees will not be charged if you are having your order shipped and have contacted us prior to the end of bidding to make shipment arrangements. Selecting shipping when registering for the auction is the same as contacting us - we will have you noted for shipping. If you do not pick-up your items or if you fail to make arrangements for pick-up or shipping, your items will be disposed of or resold at our discretion. You forfeit your rights to these items, even though you have already been charged. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE! The Buyer shall be responsible to Superior Auction LLC for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale. Please note that the merchandise must be pickup up during specified pickup times. There is no storage available. Buyers should bring their own moving personnel and equipment, if needed. After the scheduled auction pick up date, your items will be transported to our local 'Pack & Ship' Center (906-863-4095). You will be contacted by the Pack & Ship facility and the shipping transaction and payment will be a separate transaction between you and them. Buyers are responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance costs. Methods of shipment are solely at the discretion of Superior Auction LLC. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
