Buckle and 1981 Santa Maria Elks Rodeo Plaque. Tooled leather belt featuring an engraved German silver buckle adorned with initials 'VC' and intricate scrollwork, paired with a separate German silver plaque engraved with 'Santa Maria, 1981, Elks Rodeo.'
