By registering for this auction, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions: ** Payments: Automatic Charges: For any lots you win, we will automatically charge the card on file immediately after each auction ends. This includes an 18% Buyer's Premium, 8.25% State Sales Tax, 3% Surcharge Fee. You'll receive a confirmation email with your paid invoice from JW Resellers and or AUCTION NOTICE [email protected]. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive it with Header AUCTION NOTICE. -If your card fails, the invoice will include a link to make payment or you can pay in person via CASH, VENMO, or CASHAPP -You can store multiple cards in your HiBid profile and choose your preferred payment method during auction registration. ** Pickup Schedule: Pick Up Dates and Times: 12:00 am to 5:00 PM (Tuesday) - Closed 2:00 to 3:30 10:00 am to 5:00 PM (Wednesday) - Closed 2:00 to 3:30 10:00 am to 5:00 PM (Thursday) - Closed 2:00 to 3:30 10:00 am to 1:00 PM (Friday) 10:00 am to 1:00 PM (Saturday) CLOSED Sunday Note: We close every day from 2:00 to 3:30. Please expect packaging to have some flaws, or with return shipping labels. -We inspect items when possible but cannot guarantee every issue will be found. -All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". (Meaning Buyer assumes responsibility for any issues listed, including all recalls on an item). NO warranties or guarantees of any kind. We are also unaware of any recalls while listing any items in our auctions. This is the buyers responsibility to check before placing a bid on any item. JW Resellers does not represent any manufacturers or retailers. -No refunds for items that don't fit in your vehicle - plan accordingly. -Stock photos are for reference. Check actual item photos and descriptions for damage or condition. **Returns & Refunds** -All sales are final. -Check your items before leaving. -Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. Please ensure that the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for. *** Winning bidders are solely responsible for their removal. JW Resellers is not responsible for any damage caused by employee assistance during removal. This includes damage to the item being moved and the vehicle into/onto it is being loaded. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. All merchandise not removed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by JW Resellers.
