A Relatively Simple and Inexpensive Repair - Step 1, determine the most suitable Insert Rod for removing the crankshaft pulley. Step 2, install the insert rod to the crankshaft. Step 3, install the 3-jaw puller on the damper and line up the force screw with the insert. Step 4, tighten the forcing screw on the puller so that it is holding against the insert. Step 5, remove the crankshaft damper.
