Illuminated ceramic building titled Grosvenor House from the Lefton Village Collection, marked 1988. The piece features detailed brickwork, snow accents, and vibrant colored windows with dimensional architectural details. It includes an electrical co rd with a light fitting to illuminate from within. Marked on the bottom: Grosvenor House, Lefton, 1988. Excellent condition with minor wear and original labels intact.
