Rose red 30c gummed complete sheet of 16 French Mercury forged stamps by WW2 British intelligence & PWE. Stamps are on labeled cardboard with photo corner mounts so sheet is loose and easily removed for viewing. Back of stamp sheet has small previous mount tape at 4 corners, otherwise in MHN condition. 2 horizontal lines above eyebrow, and 15 x 14 perforations per 2 cm identify this as a forgery. From the collection of Franklin Prosser.
