cap 12-2 wheel chair lift miles 239,304 vin # DC57478 Missing both mirrors, console and dash taken apart, driver seat is loose, panel over entry doors is off, rear door wont open from inside (may need lubed), floor may have water damage, lift leans to one side (most likely a needs adjustment), lift doors will not close, low coolant but not visible leaks, runs rough and misfires, has top end noise and may have jumped timing.
