Sheaffer Balance Pen & Pencil Set Vintage Sheaffer striped celluloid set with white-dot lever-fill fountain pen, Sheaffer Lifetime nib and matching mechanical pencil. Pen is marked W.A. Sheaffer Pen Co., Fort Madison, Iowa, U.S.A. Both show scratches, tarnish and age wear; filling and pencil mechanisms have not been tested. Includes both pieces shown.
