By placing a bid, you accept the item in its current condition. All sales are final. Items may be previewed by appointment only. Invoices exceeding $1,500 must be paid by wire transfer, cash, or cashier’s check. Items will be released or shipped only after funds have cleared the bank. Kansas residents may pick up firearms directly from the owner at the designated Kansas pickup location with a valid Kansas-issued photo ID and must be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm. Firearms will only be released to the registered buyer. Non-Kansas residents must have firearms transferred through an appropriate FFL dealer and are responsible for all transfer and shipping fees.
