Shipping Info

Shipping available on most lots (Slide 2 shows an example of a NO shipping item- look for the crossed out truck icon- this means pickup only for that item) When you register for this auction, Hibid will ask if you'd like to: 1. Have your items shipped or 2. Pick up during the scheduled pickup times. (If you cannot make it during the scheduled times, please email or text us to make other arrangements. Items left for over 1 week following the final scheduled pickup day, and without other arrangements made, will be forfeit and Althea's may then remove or resell them) Please make sure your address on file is current, this will be the address we ship to. *If shipping payment is declined and payment hasn't been received within one week from auction close, your items will be forfeited. There is an $10 handling charge per Box (not per item) Shipping costs are kept at a minimum. USPS is used for most packages. larger or heavier packages may ship UPS If you have requested shipping, Your card on file with Hibid will be charged for shipping and handling when your items go out. Tracking provided upon request. Shipped orders will go out within 3 days of auction close. We use USPS Ground Advantage for most orders and UPS Ground for large orders. Priority mail can be used upon request. Please make sure your address on file is correct as this will be the address we ship to, and please use an active card. Declines for shipping charges are a hassle for us, help us keep things running smoothly by being prepared for this charge.
