These thin, high-quality, reliable mixing valve collars are made from very strong, tear-resistant polyethylene fibers that prevents moisture from penetrating deep into walls, and offers optimum connection to tile laying materials. Thus, the Everbilt mixing valve collars provide an excellent watertight seal, are 100% waterproof, and top rated for steam shower applications. Installation is easy over smooth, shower wall surfaces as these collars can be fixed in place with modified or non-modified thin-set mortar suitable for tile or stone finishes. The package includes one mixing valve collar, and is part of the Everbilt waterproofing kit, along with the Everbilt pipe collar, Everbilt inside corners and Everbilt outside corners, sold separately.Thickness 0.1 in.
