The 018-341 EK Base is designed with a straight edge for easy alignment with adhesive backing. Fasteners may be used to install as well. 018-312-EKD D Seal, included in this order, easily slides onto track in base, hides fasteners and provides a positive seal. DIMENSION: 018-312-EKD D seal measures 1" (25.4mm) in height, 15/16" (23.8mm) in width, 35 feet in length. 018-341 EK Seal Base measures 1/2" (12.7mm) in height, 2.75" (70mm) in width, 35 feet in length. LAP SEALANT AND SCREWS INCLUDED: The lap sealant included in this package is white and creates a secure secondary seal on both the rubber and vehicle surface. It adheres firmly to aluminum and other metal surfaces and is compatible with EPDM and TPO sheeting. Additionally, 20 self-tapping screws are provided to further secure the rubbers to the vehicle surface. SUPREME QUALITY(UPDATED): Our 018-341 EK Seal Base now features improved adhesiveness, with upgraded tape that can withstand higher temperatures and provide longer-lasting adhesion. The high-strength EPDM slide-out rubber protects against dust, dirt, rain, snow, and noise, ensuring longevity, easy cleaning, improved air conditioning, and extended lifespan with UV inhibitors. EASY INSTALLATION: An installation manual with clear schematics is included to facilitate the installation process. Simply peel off the tape on the 018-341 EK Seal Base and firmly install it on your RV slide wall. Slide the 018-312-EKD D seal onto the EK seal base and secure the rubber in place with screws.
