1000-round bulk case of .45 ACP 230GR FMJ ammunition, with 50-round boxes (20 boxes per case). Here's a breakdown of the features you provided: Specifications: Caliber: .45 ACP A popular and versatile cartridge known for its stopping power and use in handguns, especially in pistols like the M1911. Bullet Weight: 230 Grains This is a common and widely used bullet weight for .45 ACP, offering a good balance of recoil control and effective energy transfer. Bullet Type: Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) FMJ bullets are fully encased in a metal jacket, typically copper. This type of bullet is commonly used for target practice because it feeds smoothly and reduces barrel fouling. Muzzle Velocity: 849 FPS The bullet travels at 849 feet per second when it exits the barrel. This velocity is typical for .45 ACP ammunition, offering a solid mix of energy and manageable recoil. Muzzle Energy: 368 ft-lbs The energy the bullet carries when it exits the barrel. With 368 foot-pounds of energy, this load offers strong stopping power, making it suitable for both practice and self-defense. Velocity at 100 Yards: 792 FPS At 100 yards, the bullet’s velocity drops to 792 feet per second, showing how much the bullet slows down over distance. Despite the decrease in velocity, the bullet still maintains enough energy for target shooting or defense at intermediate ranges. Packaging: 1,000 Rounds per a case (50 rounds per box, 20 boxes per case) total 10 cases A bulk purchase of 10,000 rounds, ideal for frequent practice or stockpiling. This size is common for people who regularly shoot and need reliable ammo in high volumes. Made in the USA: Quality Assurance As the ammo is made in the USA, it likely meets rigorous manufacturing standards, providing consistency and reliability for the shooter. Ideal Use: This ammo is perfect for target practice, training, and plinking, especially for those who frequently shoot .45 ACP pistols. It’s also a good choice for anyone needing a cost-effective, high-quality round for extended range sessions. Would you like to know more about this particular ammunition or similar alternatives?
