Part Number: 590-001. This unit replaces the factory fuel pump driver module and regulates voltage to the fuel pump to maintain proper fuel pressure and engine performance for compatible 2004 to 2011 Ford Lincoln Mazda and Mercury vehicles. It includes mounting bolts and plugs into the factory harness for direct replacement. Common symptoms addressed include hard starting stalling rough idle and intermittent power loss which can be diagnosed with a handheld scanner reporting FPDM related codes.
