Large African batik textile wall hanging depicting a lively village market scene with multiple figures, baskets, buildings, and decorative details. Created using the traditional batik wax-resist dyeing process, producing the distinctive fine crackled lines throughout the fabric. Rich earth-tone palette of cream, brown, and deep burgundy.
