(Loc: Dinette) NO SHIPPING - IN STATE or OUT OF STATE - NO SHIPPING PERIOD on any firearms or ammunition! Firearms will ONLY be sold to a Texas Resident with a valid Texas Driver's license. All buyers for long guns must be over the age of 18 years old, and you must be over 21 years old to purchase a pistol. License must match the name and address on your invoice / registration. You will be required to sign a release and given a paid receipt to serve as a bill of sale. The preferred method of payment is CASH, or we can accept payment upon arrival via credit or debit card. We will not process your payment on the night of the auction. The registered bidder is the ONLY person that can pick up the gun, and the name and address must match your registration. All items are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee. If you are out of state and are the winning bidder of a firearm, you didn’t read the rules, and we will remove your bid and offer the item to the backup bidder at the close of the auction. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES!!!
