For me this project is not about chasing fancy banners or ribbons; it is about building skills that will benefit me for a lifetime. From early morning feeding to practicing showmanship everyday this experience has taught me a lot about responsibility and dedication. I have worked incredibly hard this season to raise a healthy, top quality lamb for the sale. I plan to continue participating in 4-H throughout my school career to further my knowledge and to save money for my future. I hope one day to become a veterinarian.
