Seller: Brody Brewer Group Affiliation: Chico Grange Species: Swine Dear Potential Buyer, Hi, my name is Brody Brewer, and I will be selling a market hog at the 2026 Butte County Fair. I am a freshman at Chico High School. I am 14 years old, and this is my fifth year raising hogs. I am a member of the Chico Grange, and I am looking forward to this livestock auction. My hog’s name Rodger and I really enjoy spending time with him. Rodger and I have a routine every day that includes walking, feeding, brushing, and washing. He really enjoys his daily brushing and washing. Rodger and I have traveled around California this year participating in several shows. We have been to Paso Robles, Yuba City and McArthur. The 2026 Butte County Fair Junior Livestock Auction will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the McClanahan Pavilion at the Butte County Fairgrounds in Gridley. The auction will start at 10 a.m. Don’t forget to register ahead of time if you’re interested in bidding or buying! Thank you to everyone who supports youth in agriculture.
