ONLY THE CARD ON FILE CAN BE USED AS PAYMENT FOR ORDERS REQUIRING SHIPPING; CARD INFO MUST MATCH SHIPPING INFO. NO EXCEPTIONS. And all first-time buyers will be subject to a two week holding period to allow proper time for internet transferral of funds. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each package.
