A full framed, motorized scale model, built in Germany in the 60's. Sold by Werner Degener for use as an instructional tool by driving schools. The chassis features a channel beam frame that carries a 4 cylinder engine with hand crank, rotating internal components, including a crank shaft, pistons and a cam shaft. Cut away manual gear box with an operational shifter and clutch allows selection from 3 speeds and reverse, to transfer power to rear wheels via a drive shaft, a cutaway differential and half shafts. Additional features include a front faschia, leaf spring suspension, drum brakes visible through cutaway segments in disc wheels, a cutaway functional worm and sector steering box and covered fuse panels. Rigged for 220 volt. Untested. 42"L x 15.5"W.
