1999 Georgia State Quarter – Hobo Carved Folk Art Coin This lot features a 1999 Georgia State Quarter that has been hand-engraved (hobo carved) after leaving the U.S. Mint. The original Georgia reverse design has been artistically altered with a custom carved flag motif, transforming the coin into a piece of modern hobo-style folk art.
