Rare early 1960s Buckle Bros double-sided Ford Falcon light box. An original 1960s double-sided Ford Falcon light box, believed to be the first light boxes manufactured by Ford in Australia. Made by Buckle Bros of Abbotsford, Victoria, this scarce piece retains its original lenses, frame and Buckle Bros identification tag. The lights are currently not working; however, the original internal wiring and fluorescent tubes are still present. Inspection and electrical work by a licensed electrician will be required before the light box is used. One lens has a crack to the lower right-hand side, which appears stable. Please refer to the photos, which show both sides of the light box and provide a clear indication of its overall condition. Inspections are also welcome prior to auction night. A fantastic and increasingly hard-to-find piece of vintage Ford Australia signage, with great appeal for Ford enthusiasts and signage collectors. Dimensions 1830 X 1000 x 320 mm
