Ceramic drip glaze ashtray featuring an attached silver-tone metal sailboat. Teal and brown glaze with three cigarette rests. Features a brass plaque reading "CL 16 SPRING REGATTA 3RD. - 1970". Base is stamped "JAPAN" and covered in green felt. Shows minor wear consistent with age.
