Description: 1. SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY & LIMITS: Eligible Items: We ship small to medium-sized items that can safely fit into standard shipping boxes. Weight & Size: Maximum weight per package is 22 kg (50 lbs). Maximum length is 100 cm (40 inches). Strictly Local Pickup Only: Large furniture, appliances, heavy machinery, or fragile mirrors are NOT eligible for shipping. If you bid on these and require shipping, your order will be cancelled, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. 2. SHIPPING COSTS & HANDLING: Handling Fee: A non-negotiable $10.00 CAD fee per shipping invoice is mandatory. This covers high-quality boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and the labor required for secure packing. Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated via Stallion Express (Canada Post/UPS/FedEx) based on the final weight and volume. Insurance: Shipping quotes do not include extra insurance. If you want your package insured, you must request it in the "Notes to Auctioneer" during registration. 3. PAYMENT PROCESS (Via Global Payments): Transaction #1: Immediately after the auction, we charge the Hammer Price + 15% Buyers Premium + HST (13%). Transaction #2: Once your items are packed (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process a second chargefor the Actual Shipping Cost + $10 Handling Fee. Declined Cards: If your second payment is declined, we will hold your items for 48 hours. If unpaid, items are considered abandoned without a refund. 4. TIMELINE & TRACKING: Please allow 3 to 7 business days after the auction for your items to be packed and for tracking information to be sent to your email. 5. FINAL SALE & LIABILITY: "AS IS" POLICY: All items are liquidation stock. No returns, no refunds, no credits, no exceptions. Damage in Transit: Our responsibility ends once the package is handed to the carrier. We pack professionally, but we are not liable for carrier delays, theft, or damage during transit. Address Accuracy: We ship ONLY to the address provided on your HiBid profile. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an old or incorrect address.
