By registering and participating in this auction, the bidder agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions described below. ITEM DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION All items are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS", without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Items may include new merchandise, overstock, open box items, customer returns, or products with damaged packaging. SLC Universal Auctions makes every effort to accurately describe items and disclose known conditions; However, descriptions are opinions only and do not constitute a guarantee of the item's condition. Buyers are responsible for reviewing descriptions, photos, and lot details before bidding. By registering and providing a phone number, the bidder agrees to receive an SMS notification regarding the auction closing. If you do not wish to receive messages, reply STOP. BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY Bidders are responsible for all bids placed under their account. All bids are final and cannot be canceled or withdrawn. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to purchase the item if they are the winning bidder. Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting the items they purchase. SLC Universal Auctions is not responsible for damages after items leave the premises. RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW WON ITEMS It is the buyer's responsibility to verify if they have won items at the end of the auction. Buyers will receive an invoice by email; However, not receiving or reviewing the email does not release the buyer from the responsibility of paying for and picking up the items. BUYER'S PREMIUM All purchases are subject to a 15% buyer's premium, plus applicable state and local taxes. If payment is made in cash or through Venmo, the buyer's premium will be 12%. PAYMENT The registered credit or debit card will be automatically charged after the auction closes. If the buyer wishes to pay in cash or Venmo, they must notify before the auction closes. The buyer will have 2 days to complete payment, otherwise the card on file will be charged automatically. Failure to complete payment may result in: Account suspension Cancellation of purchases Restriction from future auctions Resale of the items without notice SHIPPING SLC Universal Auctions does not offer shipping. All items must be picked up in person. PICKUP LOCATION 2854 S Redwood Rd, Suite C-10 West Valley City, Utah 84119 Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday, August 28— 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM FINAL AUCTION AT THIS LOCATION – IMPORTANT NOTICE You have 6 days to pick up your items, with Saturday, August 29 being the final pickup day. We will also be OPEN FRIDAY, AUGUST 28, FROM 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM to give you an additional opportunity to pick up your items. You are being given 6 days to pick up all of your items.
