Distinctive vintage Mexican Machete de Cinta featuring an etched blade, custom guard, and full knuckle-guard handle. The blade is decorated with Spanish inscriptions; one side translates approximately to “Only if the sea dries up,” while the other conveys “Unless the sea runs dry, I will not bathe in its waves.” The machete is accompanied by a hand-stitched leather sheath, adding to its traditional handcrafted character. Surface rust and oxidation are present on the blade and metal components, along with other wear consistent with age, use, and storage.
