Auction Closing This auction begins closing on Wednesday , August 26th at 7:00 PM CST. A soft close is in effect. Any bid placed within the final 3 minutes of a lot’s closing time will automatically extend bidding on that lot by an additional 3 minutes. Pickup Information Pickup Date: Saturday, August 29th by appointment only. The drive is tight and tricky so pickups will need to be scheduled. A sign up appointment schedule will go out with the winning email after the auction. First come first serve on times. Items MUST be picked up on these days in your reserved slot. Pickup Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: Beaverfork Lake Area Address Given to Winning Bidders Important Pickup Requirements Please make arrangements now to pick up your items during the scheduled pickup window. Due to our auction schedule and workload, we are generally unable to accommodate alternative pickup dates or times. Failure to pick up items on the scheduled pickup date may result in storage, transportation, or disposal fees. Our staff will assist by bringing smaller items to designated pickup tables. Buyers are responsible for loading all purchases from that point. Furniture & Large Items Please bring adequate help to load furniture and heavy items. Natural State Auction & Estate Sales staff are not responsible for loading furniture, appliances, safes, or other large purchases. Payment Terms A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases.
