TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE By registering to bid, placing a bid, or otherwise participating in this auction, each bidder agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between the bidder, the Auction Company, and the Seller. Important Notices AI-Generated Descriptions (Beta Version) This auction uses a beta AI version of writing item descriptions. The auction platform software has written the description of each lot. While we have attempted to check for accuracy and make corrections as needed, the lot descriptions may contain errors. These are not limited to type, brand, condition, measurements, weights, colors, size, or any other terms used to describe each lot. We strongly recommend that you double-check the photos to ensure you know exactly what you are bidding on. We further recommend that you attend the Preview Day if you have any concerns about what you are bidding on.
