YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS UPON REGISTRATION FOR THE AUCTION*** You Must Be 21 Years Of Age To Purchase Alcohol. Proof Of Age Will Be Required At Pick-Up. INTERNET BUYERS PREMIUM OF 15% ON ALL MERCHANDISE up to $,4,999. and 10% Buyers premium for each lot $5,000 and over, Buyers premium is calculated by the lot and not the total invoice. Payment is cash, wire transfer, bank issued cashiers check, or personal check under $1,000. with proper identification. Please note the 15% buyer's fee applies to all purchases regardless of payment method. A 5.5% State Sales tax will be applied to all sales unless you present a sales tax exemption form. The credit card bidders choose to use for registration will be authorized at that time. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover ONLY, there will be a 3% convienice fee charged for all credit card transactions. Credit card chargeback's will not be accepted. Auction Company reserves the right to request a different form of payment (wire transfer or check) for larger amounts. Please note that the merchandise must be pickup up during specified pickup times. There is no storage available. Buyers should bring their own moving personnel and equipment, if needed. Items Not Picked Up During The Scheduled Pick-Up Times, You Will Be Charged $20.00 Per Lot For Transportation Back To Our Office. This only applies to smaller items; we will not transport large items. If You Do Not Pick-up Your Items Or If You Fail To Make Arrangements For Pick-up, Your Items Will Be Disposed Of or Resold At Our Discretion. You Forfeit Your Rights To These Items, Even Though You Have Already Been Charged. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE! The Buyer shall be responsible to Wagenson Auction Service LLC, for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All property is sold 'AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor.
