A collection of four assorted vintage wristwatches, comprising promotional and themed designs. The group includes a Timex Electric wristwatch featuring a cream dial with black Arabic numerals, a date aperture at the 3 o'clock position, and a centrally mounted sweep seconds hand. The dial is marked with reference 83331 07178 at the lower edge. The case features a base metal bezel with a stainless steel back incorporating a circular battery hatch. The collection further includes a silver-tone promotional watch for the 1996 Olympic Games, featuring a white dial with the Canadian Olympic maple leaf and rings logo. The stainless steel case back is embossed with the McDonald's logo and inscribed Official Sponsor of the 1996 Olympic Games. Also included is a gold-tone promotional watch for Henderson's Mobile Maintenance, featuring a white dial with a semi-truck illustration and a gold-tone bezel engraved with black Roman numerals. The case back is marked LINE with a star logo and indicates a Japanese quartz movement. The final piece is a themed gold-tone watch designed by Ron Johnston, featuring a dial decorated with twelve horse portraits as hour markers surrounding a central pastoral landscape. The case back bears a facsimile signature of the artist and is marked Exclusively Designed By. Case diameters: approx. 32 mm, 35 mm, 38 mm, and 33 mm. Condition: All watches are offered without straps and are in unauthenticated, untested condition. The Timex Electric shows significant pitting and wear to the base metal bezel and case. The remaining watches show moderate surface scratching and light wear to the plated surfaces. All movements are currently non-running and are sold as-is for parts or restoration.
