This Warson Woods estate auction features an eclectic collection of antiques, collectibles, outdoor furniture, model trains and more. Highlights include several Woodard wrought iron outdoor furniture pieces, a rare vintage MCM Carl Forslund leather lounge chair, antique 1930s Elastolin toy soldiers, antique farm lead animals and toys, and vintage Lionel train cars and engines. Lots are located throughout the main level, garage, outdoor area and basement. Lots in the 200s and 300s are located in the basement and require stairs for removal. Bidders are required to bring adequate help to safely remove and load all purchases. Pick up is Tuesday, August 25th from 12 PM to 6 PM. All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup window. We are unable to hold items or accommodate late pickups. Limited shipping is available on select lots only. Lots 164 through 187 are eligible for shipping. 15% Buyer's Premium.
