Likely dates from approximately the 1940s–1960s. * Online-auction estimate: $10–$25 * Retail/decor value: $30–$50 * In its present stained and rusty condition, I’d expect around $15–$20, provided the mechanism works. A comparable 40-pound Pelouze scale recently sold for only $6, while cleaner examples are offered around $40–$45. (Comparable sold example??, current Model 40-3 listing??)
