This string art composition depicts a three-masted schooner rendered in cream and pale yellow threads on a dark brown burlap support. The hull is formed by a shaped and stained wooden element, while the masts and sails are constructed with thread tensioned around metal pins. Stylized crescent shapes appear above the masts suggesting birds in flight.16 x 20.25 in.Fair to good condition with several loose and trailing threads at the base of the sails. A small blue paint mark is present on the wooden hull along with minor fraying at the textile edges.
