This Royal Doulton bone china figurine, titled Celeste (HN 2237), is modeled with a raised left arm and finished with a hand-painted polychrome glaze. The figure wears a light blue period-style gown featuring black ribbon accents and a ruffled neckline with pink floral details. The underside bears the standard Royal Doulton factory backstamp along with model number HN 2237, a 1958 copyright date, and hand-painted decorator marks.Height: 7.5 inches; Width: 5 inches. Excellent overall condition with no cracks or professional repairs. A minute glaze nick is noted on the bottom edge of the front-right dress hem. All delicate extremities, including fingers and the headband, remain intact.
