18th-century Dutch secretary desk featuring intricate marquetry inlaid floral and decorative motifs on the front, sides, and interior compartments. The desk has 3 drawers with ornate brass hardware and a slant lid that opens to reveal additional smal l drawers, storage spaces, and a center cabinet. The serpentine front and curved legs exhibit elegant craftsmanship. Signs of wear and some damage are visible, consistent with age and use. c.1800 48 x 24 x 43.5
