ALL SILVER/GOLD COINS AND JEWELRY WILL BE CASH OR CASHIER’S CHECK IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED DURING REMOVAL TIME THEY WILL BE FORFEITED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. **There is NO equipment to move any of the purchased items. ALL buyers must bring help & equipment to move any and all items. Payment Terms: ALL BIDDERS MUST PROVIDE A VALID CREDIT CARD THAT WILL BE CHARGED AT THE END OF THE AUCTION! Full payment must be made before any item will be released to buyer. A 17% buyers premium will apply to all sales. Successful bidders will receive an email invoice within 24 hours of the auction close, payable to Leonard's. The Bidder, grants the Auction Company a standing authorization to charge the Bidders credit card after close of auction for any and all costs, fees, buyers premiums, storage disposal fees as well as for any other costs, charges and/or fees incurred. We charge a $100 processing fee for processing credit card chargebacks that are ultimately reversed in our favor. Any asset involving a title will be held until funds have been verified.
