MOUNTAIN JOURNEY, A LONG SCROLL OF SILK LANDSCAPE. <br>L:580cm (228.35in) W:36cm (14.17in)This ink landscape long scroll dates to the Yuan Dynasty, with original plain silk mounting and floral woven ribbon tie. The frontispiece bears regular script title Autumn Mountain Travelers framed in diamond shapes, plus Qianlong imperial collection seals. The painting depicts segmented steep autumn peaks, river boats, mountain cottages and travelers along peach blossom paths, rendered with thick, moist rock textures typical of Wu Zhen??s landscape style.
