CALLIGRAPHY SCROLL OF THE HEART SUTRA OF THE VAJRA PRAJNA PARAMITA. <br>L:1000cm (393.70in) W:31cm (12.20in)This small regular script Buddhist sutra long scroll on silk dates to the Yuan Dynasty, with original patterned silk mounting and woven ribbon tie. The frontispiece bears large regular script title Diamond Prajna Paramita Sutra and imperial palace collection seals. The full text of the Diamond Sutra is neatly copied in delicate small regular script by Zhao Mengfu, featuring mild, elegant brushwork and rigorous calligraphic rules.
