LACQUER BOX OF THE QING DYNASTY. <br>Height:13cm (5.12in)Width:24cm (9.45in)Weight:700g(1.54lb)Qing Dynasty flower-shaped lacquer box with painted bat motifs. Plum-blossom form fitted cover. Warm yellow lacquer ground decorated with five bats and flowers on lid, bat and ruyi scrolls on vertical sides. Bat symbolizes fortune. Fine woven texture fills the background.
