STRING PATTERN FURNACE. <br>Height:13cm Width:23.5cm Weight:2650gBronze Censer with Double Beast Handles, Beast Feet and String Patterns, a classic antique-style bronze censer. Cast from refined copper, it features a flattened round body decorated with one raised string line. Symmetrical three-dimensional mythical beasts cling to both sides of the rim as handles, and three embossed beast-head hoof feet support the base. A square seal with seal script private collection inscription "Collected by Mr. Shao the Virtuous Elder in the Xinmao Year of Chongzhen Reign" is cast on the bottom. The whole vessel is covered with thick mellow aged brown patina. The vividly carved mythical beasts show exquisite craftsmanship.
