Otagiri musical box labeled "Carousel Waltz," made in Japan in 1981. Features carousel horse artwork on the front and a mechanical wind-up mechanism. Cardboard box design. Measures approximately 6.5 inches high. Displays some edge wear consistent wit h handling and age.
