This oval halo pendant in 14K white gold features a natural heat-treated blue sapphire (oval, 7x5mm, 0.75 carats) set with prongs and accented by forty-eight natural round white diamonds totaling 0.17 carats (approximately H-Icolor and I1 clarity) in a pave halo. The piece has a fine finish and overall measurements of approximately 4.83 mm height by 9.65 mm width and 19.05 mm length with a gross weight of 1.43 g; total stone weight is 0.92 carats.
